How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Stillwater → Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Can I play sounds with my screen locked?

Yes! Audio sounds continue playing when your screen locks. For YouTube videos, use Sleep Mode: tap the expand icon on the video → tap the PiP button (top-left) → lock your screen.

What are "tingles"?

ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) is a calming sensation triggered by specific sounds — tapping, whispering, rain, etc. Stillwater learns which triggers work for your brain and personalizes your experience around them.

How does the free trial work?

You get 14 days of full premium access — no credit card required. After the trial, you can subscribe or continue with the free tier (3 sounds per category, ads, basic mixer).

Can I use Stillwater with AirPods?

Absolutely. Stillwater works with any Bluetooth headphones, AirPods, or your device speaker. We recommend headphones for the best ASMR experience.

How do I restore my purchases on a new device?

Open the app → Profile → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID and will be restored automatically.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your listening data and tingle profile are stored securely and never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
